I will leave you this reveiew since we along with Janet your other customer could not leave a review on amazon. Here is our story. My hubby and I just moved into our home after a 8 month build. We noticed our hot was had a very strong odor. Our salesman told us it was normal for well water. After some research we decided to purchase the Corro Protec system for both our heaters in February of this year. About a month later our well expansion tank developed a leak which was a simple fix however the water heaters were hot on the outside. My Husband found out both electric anodes were leaking from the top. Since our home has a warranty for 1 year, we contacted our salesman. We found out that since we added this part, they would not cover it. We contacted Corro Protec 3 times and never received a response. We contacted Amazon and was told it was a seller fullfilled item and their was nothing they can do. We had to purchase 2 new tanks and the odor was just as bad as the start.
In March we read your website and felt confident about a purchase. My hubby was able to install both units with help from our neighbor. To this date we have no leaks and our water has no odor. I do want to mention that hubby did drop one of the power supplies durng the installation and cracked the corner of it but it still worked. I contaced Matt asking him if it was OK and he sent us a new power supply the next day at no cost.
I would have never thought in a million years he would do this for us since it was our fault, you just dont get this type of service these days. My hubby and I recomend this product for anyone wanting a well built systems with AWESOME customer service! Thanks you so much Matt!!!
