Purchased in May 2014. Last week hubby noticed the green light was off, plugged in, green light stayed off but the red light flickerer on when I plugged it in. Contacted seller. New power plug came 2 days later and all is well now. I figured they would be out of busness by now but not and i am shocked they sent us another replacement. Never had this type of customer experiance 7 years after my purchase from anyone, never. Thank you very much Matt
