This product is worth the money as I have used it frequently with my company for several years. I install around 7 of them per month and have never had a customer call me with the tank leaking. I will say that consumers keep their tank temperature way too low. 120 degrees will allow bacteria to grow and you’re going to get odor. After I install this product, I turn the temperature up to 130 which is not really noticeable on the monthly bill electric bill. This will keep the bacteria in check. I will say I like the fact that Matt always responds to my emails (lost the extension rod one evening) and was sent a free one. Very Pleased. M&B plumbing.
